I recently sold a home that I had bought in 2007. In the process, I discovered that the real estate market had vastly changed since then. I was fortunate to have a friend recommend Paul Ward to me.
Paul understood, that in order sell the house that I lived in, the sale had to be contingent on my finding a place which to move. This required finding a buyer that could accept the contingency and skillfully negotiating with all parties to meet all needs and to do so in compliance with regulations that were constantly popping up and then changing. It also required expertise in the bizarre purchasing procedures that have evolved in the wake of the financial crash and the subsequent economic upheaval.

Through his continuous effort, Paul was in touch with with competent bankers who specialized in specific areas of finance. Using the resources he had developed over time and experience, he introduced me to the precisely right lender.

Even though I was prepared to buy a property to move to, my first preference had been to rent. Two things happened unexpectedly, one good and one bad. The bad thing was the city of Ventura's requirement that in order to sell a property, the sewer lateral must pass a drainage test.
