Camarillo Market Trends Report August 2015

Here is the Camarillo Market Trends Report August 2015, first published in September.  You will notice that sales below $799,000 continue to be very brisk, as there is less than two months worth of inventory in most price ranges.  Above $800,000, sales are taking longer with homes staying on market from 4 – 17 months.  In the popular price range of $500,000 – $599,000 the average home is staying on market just 45 days.   Most homes are selling at or above 90% of their list price.  Still, there are more homes available than are selling, so you can find your dream home and good deals in this market.  Our team at California Lifestyles Realty Group can help you strategize your purchase in any price range; we have access to some homes before they hit the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).   Rates are still at historic lows.
